Rishtapoint.pk (the “website”) is owned and operated by M/S Rishtapoint International Matrimonial Services. This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and Rishtapoint International Matrimonial Services.  By accessing the rishtapoint.pk web site, located at www.rishtapoint.pk (the "Site"), and using its associated services, you must register as a member and agree to bound these terms and conditions as long as you continue to use the Site or Services. 
Your agreement with us includes these Terms & conditions and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound of them. .If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, do not use the site or the services. 
This Agreement is subject to change by rishtapoint.pk in its sole discretion at any time, with or without any notice. Your continued use of this Site or the Services after the posting of revisions to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of such revisions. Please consult the end of this Agreement to determine when the Agreement was last revised.

Eligibility:
To join Rishtapoint.pk as a member, your age should be at least 18 years or above as per legal age for marriage set by Government of Pakistan. Otherwise you cannot create your account on this website if your age is below the 18 years.

No Criminal Background:
To join Rishtapoint.pk as a member, you herby confirm that you have no any criminal background, No any FIR registered against you and you are also not wanted to any government department, organization or investigation agency.
Rishtapoint.pk does not check the criminal background of its registered members. However, the company reserves full rights to conduct your criminal background screening at any time through your available public data to confirm your compliance with this statement.

Purpose of membership:
To join Rishtapoint.pk as a member, you herby confirm that you are full serious in searching marriage partner and shall use this website for matchmaking purpose only. You shall not waste the time of employees, agents and members of Rishtapoint.pk due to your Non-Serious behavior. You also confirm that you shall not use Rishtapoint.pk for casual dating.

No Commercial Use:
Ristapoint.pk offers matchmaking services to individual members and/or authorized person (Parents, Siblings, Matchmaker, and Guardian etc.) on behalf of individual members to advertise their profiles to find relevant matches.  To join Rishtapoint.pk as a member, you herby confirm that you shall not use this website for any commercial endeavors includes any advertising, solicitation, buying and selling of any products or services. Furthermore marriage bureau’s, companies, organizations, firms and/or businesses cannot be registered as a member of rishtapoint.pk (except authorized partners) and should not use this website or any other service associated with this website for any purpose.

Account Security:
You are solely responsible for your Rishtapoint.pk account security and also responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You will be also responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your login email and password and ensure the log out from your account at the end of each session. Furthermore you can’t transfer or shift your account to any other person.

NO Objection on emails, messages or calls:
To join Rishtapoint.pk as a member, you herby confirm that you have no any objection on emails, whatsapp messages, text messages or calls received from Rishtapoint.pk as long as you retain membership of Ristapoint.pk

No Multiple Accounts of same person:
Same person can't create more than one account at rishtapoint.pk. If we find multiple accounts of same person, then Rishtapoint.pk reserves the right to delete all multiple profiles without any notice and refund of registration fee.

Correct Information:
To join Rishtapoint.pk as a member, you herby confirm that all information and personal data provided by you at your profile is 100 percent accurate and correct.  If you are creating the profile on behalf of your friend/sibling/children, you hereby agree that you have the required permission/consent from the particular person whose profile is created on Rishtapoint.pk by you. Impersonation is a crime and punishable under various laws.

 

Review Activity and Status:
Rishtapoint.pk reserves the right to monitor all activities of members includes messages to protect Rishtapoint.pk website and its users from any abuse or misuse of services. Rishtapoint.pk is authorized on its sole discretion to delete all unwanted communication, material or block the account on such reviews without any prior notice to any member.

No Harassment of Employees and Agents:
To join Rishtapoint.pk as a member, you herby confirm that you will not insult, abuse, threaten, annoy, harass or harm to any agent or employee of Rishtapoint.pk while he/she is engaged in providing any segment of matchmaking services to you.


Members Interaction and dispute:
As Rishtapoint.pk is acting only as a facilitator and provides you a platform where you can connect other members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Rishtapoint.pk Members. Rishtapoint.pk has no obligation to monitor disputes between you and other members. Furthermore you also confirm that you will not insult, abuse, threaten, annoy, harass or harm to other members of Rishtapoint.pk


Content Accuracy and Confidentiality:
To join Rishtapoint.pk as a member, you legally grant the right to Rishtapoint International Matrimonial Services and its members, an irreversible, worldwide license to use, copy, display and distribute this information and content at any platform includes social media. You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display on your profile at Rishtapoint.pk. You have also agreed that Rishtapoint.pk and its team cannot reverse or delete your information and content that has been shared on social media or any other platform for any purpose.

No Spam and No Proxy:
To join Rishtapoint.pk as a member, you herby confirm that you will not share any spam or junk emails to other members of Rishtapoint.pk You also confirm that you will not use proxy or any software (IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI) to by using any service of website.

Information Verification:
Rishtapoint.pk may use different methods of verifying the information that users have provided. However, none of those ways are perfect and accurate and you agree that Rishtapoint.pk will have no liability to you arising from any incorrectly verified information.

Length of Contract:
 This agreement will remain effective and valid in full force as long as you retain membership of Ristapoint.pk. Certain provision of this agreement shall remain effective even on termination.

Rights of Rishtapoint.pk:
If Management of Rishtapoint.pk believe that you are ineligible as per service agreement or any other cause on basis of personal judgment of Company management, Rishtapoint.pk have full authority on its sole discretion to terminate your membership at any time without any prior notice and without refund of any registration fee.  Furthermore Rishtapoint.pk also has the right to edit or delete any information at any account at their sole discretion.


Account Termination by Member:
You can terminate your account at any time and for any reason. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you.


Copyright Policy:
All Content posted on this matrimonial website is the sole property of Rishtapoint.pk.  You cannot post, distribute or reproduce in any way any material, trademarks or proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.


Proprietary rights in Content on Rishtapoint.pk:
Rishtapoint.pk owns all proprietary rights in website, Services and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality. The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Shaadee.pk, and its licensors. This website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other relevant laws. Trademark of rishtapoint.pk cannot be used with any other product or service without the prior written consent of Free Rishtapoint.pk.

Disclaimers:

• Rishtapoint.pk or any associated member with company is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content/listing posted on the Site or in connection with the Rishtapoint.pk Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the Rishtapoint.pk Service whether online or offline.
• Rishtapoint.pk or any associated member with company assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, data hacking, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User and/or Member communications or any communications by Rishtapoint.pk to its Members.
• Rishtapoint.pk or any associated member with company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting and/or in connection with the Rishtapoint.pk Service.
• Under no circumstances will Rishtapoint.pk or any associated member with company be responsible for any loss, damage, death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service and/or any Content posted on the Rishtapoint.pk Site or transmitted to Rishtapoint.pk Members. You should not provide your financial information (for example, your credit card or bank account information), or wire or otherwise send money, to other Members.
• The exchange of matchmaking profile(s) through or by "Rishtapoint.pk" is not a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by Rishtapoint.pk. Rishtapoint.pk or any associated member with company shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of, or subsequent to, any relations (including but not limited to matrimonial relations) established pursuant to the use of Rishtapoint.pk service.
• The Site and the Service are provided "AS-IS" and Rishtapoint.pk or any associated member with company expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Rishtapoint.pk or any associated member with company cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Site and/or the Rishtapoint.pk Service. You understand that Rishtapoint.pk makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding compatibility with individuals you meet through the Service.
• Rishtapoint.pk or any associated member with company expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility whatsoever and howsoever arising as a result of any Content/listing posted on the Site / made available to Rishtapoint.pk by any Members or the users of the Site or any third party.
• Rishtapoint.pk or any associated member with company does not assume any responsibility or liability for any illegal Content posted on the Site by any Members, users or any third party.
• Rishtapoint.pk or any associated member with company does not give any guarantee that you will must find a perfect spouse after registration with Rishtapoint.pk because this process fully depends on your personal flexibility and demands.
• All liability, whether civil or criminal arising out of any Content that is Posted on the Site will be of that Member / user / third party who has Posted such Content and Rishtapoint.pk reserves its right to claim damages from such Member/ user / third party that it may suffer as a result of such Content Posted on the Site. Rishtapoint.pk does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service.

Limitation on liability:
In no event will Rishtapoint.pk be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the Rishtapoint.pk Service, even if Rishtapoint.pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Rishtapoint.pk liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Shaadee.pk, for the Service during the term of membership. 

Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold Rishtapoint.pk, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part. 


Jurisdiction:
If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of Pakistan and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Multan, Pakistan only. 

Acknowledgement:
By becoming a member of Rishtapoint.pk and/or using the Services of the Site, you unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read and understood the above provisions and agree to abide by them.

Even after this Agreement is terminated, these provisions will remain in effect.
